4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service in line with our salon operations manual.

5. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive salon environment.

6. Contribute to the salon’s continued success by actively participating in promotions and events.

7. Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio.

2. NVQ Level 2 or above

3. In-depth knowledge of hairstyling techniques, trends, and products.

4. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

6. Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry.

7. Established clientele is a plus.
