Cancelation Policy & Deposits

Here at NJUK we value our customers – to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new bookings. Prior to each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by our team, in order to deliver the best possible service. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, for this reason, we respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non refundable.

We do require deposits for ALL appointments booked. This will be taken at the time of booking and will be 50% of the total services.

The Salon operates a strict 48hr cancellation policy - this means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame the deposit is fully transferable . If you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice we will take the deposit as a loss for the stylists time & a NEW deposit will be required to reschedule, less than 24 hours we require full payment of you appointment cost.
